中国葛洲坝集团水泥有限公司（简称水泥公司）系国务院国资委直接管理的国有大型上市公司——中国能源建设集团有限公司的成员企业、中国葛洲坝集团股份有限公司骨干子公司，1971年为配套建设万里长江第一坝——葛洲坝水利枢纽工程应运而生。水泥公司注册资本42亿多元，资产总额近170亿，下辖22家子分公司，年水泥产能约2500万吨，产品广泛应用于大坝、路桥、机场、港口、油气井等关系国计民生的重点项目，是三峡工程、葛洲坝工程、秦岭隧道、矮寨大桥等国之重器的主要供应商，被誉为“中国的大坝粮仓”。

China Gezhouba Group Cement Co., Ltd. (Cement Company) is a member of China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd., a large state-owned listed company directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and a backbone subsidiary of China Gezhouba Group Corporation The Company was established in 1971 to support the construction of the Gezhouba Water Control Project, the first dam on the Yangtze River. The Cement Company has a registered capital of more than RMB 4.2 billion and total assets of nearly RMB 17 billion. The Company has 22 subsidiaries and branches, with the annual cement production capacity of about 25 Mt. The products are widely used in key projects related to the national economy and people's livelihood, such as dams, roads and bridges, airports, ports, and oil and gas wells. The Company is the main supplier of national key projects such as Three Gorges Project, Gezhouba Project, Qinling Tunnel, and Aizhai Bridge. The Company is known as "the granary of the dam in China".

中国葛洲坝集团股份有限公司（简称葛洲坝集团）是由中国葛洲坝水利水电工程集团公司作为独家发起人设立的股份有限公司，于1997年在上海证券交易所挂牌上市，是国内水电行业第一家上市公司；2007年换股吸收合并控股股东，完成主业资产整体上市。2021年，中国能源建设股份有限公司换股吸收合并中国葛洲坝集团股份有限公司，葛洲坝股票终止上市，中国葛洲坝集团股份有限公司成为非上市股份有限公司。
China Gezhouba Group Corporation (CGGC) is a joint-stock limited company sponsored and established exclusively by China Gezhouba Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Group Corporation. Listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1997, it is the first listed company in the hydropower industry in China. In 2007, CGGC completed the overall listing of its main businesses via a share swap and consolidation of controlling shareholders. In 2021, CGGC became an unlisted joint-stock company after it was acquired and merged by China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited (Energy China) via stock swap.
